Randall-Reilly inks exclusive agreement with Flying J
Agreement adds 180 locations to company’s truck stop distribution network.
TUSCALOOSA, ALA. (June 11, 2009) – For the first time in its history, Randall-Reilly’s Truck Stops Express Division will have exclusive rights to distribute its trucking magazines in 180 Flying J locations nationwide. The exclusive agreement, which begins August 3, brings TSE’s distribution network to more than 1,000 locations.
“We are very excited about this long-term agreement with one of the leading truck stop chains in the nation,” says Robert Lake, Randall-Reilly’s senior vice president of acquisitions. “When the trucking industry rebounds in the coming months, the demand for truck drivers will be at historic highs,” he said. “This exclusive agreement will ensure that Randall-Reilly is in the best possible position to serve the needs of its advertisers and distribution partners with the most comprehensive distribution network in the industry.”
Randall-Reilly distributes seven of its magazines in truck stops each month – Truckers News, Best Driver Jobs, Big Rig Owner, Changing Lanes, Driving Force, Owner-Operator/Company Driver and RPM for Truckers. Through its Interactive Media Division, the company is also the dominant player in the online driver application segment of the recruitment market. Combined with Randall-Reilly’s Motor Media Division – the nation’s largest indoor signage network – these capabilities make Randall-Reilly the premier media company in the truck stop distribution and driver recruitment markets.
